March 31, 2008- The last 2 pages for chapter 2 are finally posted; this was meant to be the beginning of my hiatus, but since it took me so long to post the pages, I'm going to start working on the opening chapter 3 pages now. They still won't be up for a long while, since, as I posted before, there will be 6 pages total coming at once, and they'll also have some color in them (Sorry about this, I'd just prefer to have this part of the story come all at once).

Thank you to everyone who commented about Pearl. Things are getting better, school needs a bit more focus, but overall, I'll be having more free time soon.

I apologize for so many delays recently, and thank you so much to all those who have been patient with me.


February 11, 2008- Hi, everyone, I hope 2008's been having a good start for you, and I hope Valentine's Day goes well for you all, too, this week.

To begin, I'll explain why there weren't any updates recently. Well, sometime after Christmas, I noticed my cat, Pearl, was acting off. We took her to the vet, and found out she had kidney failure. They told us she wasn't feeling any pain, but that her body was slowly becoming toxic. So, we spent the next days watching over her and taking care of her as she got worse, until she eventually died. Pearl was very important to me, and I lost motivation after that for a few days to do much of anything.

After that, my college started back up again, and the courses I'm taking this semester seem to be all about outside work. I, unfortunately, have decided I'm going on hiatus for a while (I'm actually announcing it this time). I updated the website with 3 new pages, and 2 more pages will be coming soon, so watch out for them.

After the 2 new pages, chapter 2 will be finished, and that's when I'm beginning my hiatus. I'm honestly not sure when I'm coming back, but I can assure you, I will come back. When I do come back, there will be a very large update, consisting of a cover, title page, and 4 comic pages. The comic pages will also have bits of color in them.

I really don't know how I can apologize for this, other than to say I'm really sorry. My life at the moment is enjoying pulling me down, and I really don't want it to take this comic with it.


November 25, 2007- Hello, I have been gone way too long...but Banana Twist is back again, and as I'm starting it back up, I'm officially changing the update schedule to Wednesdays from now on. There will be a page update this Wednesday, and I apologize for so many delays. My new school is hectic, and I know it will probably only get harder as time passes, but I definitely want this comic to stay alive...so I'm going to try updating at least once a week now and hopefully I'll be loyal to this schedule.

Also, though, once Christmas break comes around, I will probably have more free time, and there will probably be extra updates around then; expect the most pages around then.

So when it comes to webpage updates, here they are:
- Changed the About page
- Added a Chibi section to the Gallery page with 2 images

And the forum may or may not be edited- I found a good host thanks to a lot of you guys, and I'll be working on it there, and it may change today or later this week, depending on how it goes.
